My wife and I were incredibly close to grief and loss at what was undoubtedly one of the most challenging chapters of our lives. But over the years, and also through my extreme endurance events, I have learned that when your legs are tired, you should run with your heart. Our fairly unique journey has forged attitudes and mindsets that allow us to put our best foot forward. I like to speak on these matters at conferences to inspire positive mindsets for collective efficacy, or at after dinner speaking to bring positivity and joy.
